Regardless of the occupancy of the holiday home, we offer early check-in or bicycle check-out, depending on occupancy.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside West House. A charge will be made if there is a smell of smoke in the house after guests check out fine 300.00 EUR

Internal Rules of Procedure

To enter the territory by the main gates, the code xxxx must be entered. The code will be sent one day before arrival.
You can enter and exit the territory through the small gates, gate code xxxx, the code will be sent one day before arrival
Below the house is a lockbox with the house key, the code will be sent one day before arrival.
Below the house, an electric car charging station is available, which must be pre-booked.
Grill and its accessories are available (charcoal and lighter fluid must be provided by guests). It is prohibited to use the grill under the house. During the winter season, the grill must be pre-booked in advance.
Please park cars only within the West House territory.
When leaving the territory, keep a distance of 2 meters from the gate, as it leads to the inside.
The hot tub cover should only be opened before use, and it must be securely closed after using the hot tub.
To access the hot tub, rubber slippers are provided in the bathroom.
For cleaning shoes, a special brush is available in the bathroom. Please do not clean shoes with towels.
WiFi password will be sent one day before arrival.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, iron, and other electrical appliances.
During the winter period (October-May), please leave the living room air conditioner on before leaving.
Before leaving, please put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing shoes indoors and it is also prohibited to be in the premises with high-heeled shoes.
The holiday home is not responsible for items left by guests in its premises.
Burning candles without prior consent is prohibited, as well as leaving burning candles unattended.
It is prohibited to bring and store flammable items and substances in the premises.
Video surveillance is conducted on the premises.
Moving furniture is prohibited.
In the holiday home, there is an opportunity to stay with your pet, but this must be arranged in advance. The owners of West House reserve the right to refuse accommodation with pets. A security deposit of 300 euros must be paid for bringing a pet. The owner of the pet assumes full responsibility for any damages related to the pet and agrees to cover all incurred expenses, if any. (such as additional furniture cleaning, etc.). The owner of the pet must ensure that the West House territory is clean after the pet's stay.
When making a reservation, the rules and conditions of the holiday home are confirmed, meaning the client (the renter of the house) assumes full responsibility for compliance and in case of any damage, undertakes to inform the contact person of West House, agreeing to cover the incurred losses.

Cancellation of reservation

Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival is fully refunded. If canceled up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the paid reservation is refunded. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival no refund of booking fee.
